Stop by if you're looking for a quickie--beach trip that is.. The Scene
Getting away to the Gulf of Mexico may be fine if you have the time, but this narrow stretch of beach provides all the basics--sand, surf and sun--without driving across the county lines from Hillsborough to Pinellas. Tuning out the traffic speeding by along congested Courtney Campbell Causeway can be a challenge, but the wind and waves should help you relax.

To Do Checklist
The compact stretch of sand is used mostly for tailgate parties, quick fishing trips, swimming, sunbathing and picnicking.

Spike it Up
Volleyballers, bring your own net Tuesday and Thursday nights at 5pm and Saturday mornings at 9am to join the action.
