Traditional hotel lodgings in Ybor City.. The Scene
Long overdue in an area with few lodging options, this hotel offers visitors to Ybor City (Tampa's Latin Quarter) a comfy place to sleep. Hanging out in the neighborhood no longer means a long drive back to your room. The clientele ranges from business to tourist, with a heavy emphasis on folks who like late-night bars, lounges and restaurants.

The Details
The 95 rooms and suites all have the basic refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers and hair dryers. They also contain work desks, ergonomic chairs, two phones with two phone lines, data ports and voice mail for business travelers. The courtyard has a pool with an adjacent fitness room. The Pavilion Pantry is open 24 hours daily, offering microwaveable food, snacks and beverages. Formerly the cigar capital of the world, Ybor City in now a partier's paradise. Dozens of bars, cafes and clubs are within strolling distance along Seventh Avenue. The area is charming with its brick streets and wrought-iron balconies.
