Sunstar Seminole 8

They stole money from my son!. My very shy son was meeting his friend there, who had already gone in. He handed the lady $20 (That I got out of the ATM just prior to dropping him off). The ticket cost $6. She gave him $4 back. He was too shy to make a fuss. My husband went back to talk to the manager. He said that couldn't have happened. My husband asked him to count the drawer to check. He left for a total of 2 minutes and said the drawer was not over. If the drawer was not over, then the girl selling the ticket pocketed the money. It was only $10, but what kind of message is that sending to my son? It's ok to steal $10? Who steals money from a little boy? What kind of manager doesn't even attempt to get to the bottom of it?…

Seminole Theater on the right track. Safest Theater around for kids.. This theater has started to turn around. Over a year ago, I would not have recommended it to anyone. I even got sick off there nacho's. That was 2 days of fun. But since they have reopened, I have seen a big change. The place is cleaner and the staff is making an effort. Like other people have posted it is a much quieter and safer place for your kids. Keep up the good work.

P.S. If you cannot seem to find it, look behind Kmart at the Seminole Mall. It is kind of tucked back in there.…

Manager is easy to reach. I am the manager of the Seminole 8 movies theatres and no one tried to contact me or talked to my managers about the problem with their gift card. Our theatre is trying to do the best we can with what we have to work with. We have lowered out prices and try very hard to keep the theatre clean. My managers and I and the rest of my staff wish you would all come and visit us.

In the next few months some things will be changing here. We will no longer be SunStar Theatres and will become a TouchStar Theatre. DTS sound systems will be going into at least 2 of our rooms with the idea of making them all DTS.…
